<p>You can apply to take part in the competition exclusively by filling in an on-line application form.</p>
<p>The above on-line enrolment/participation mode is, without exception, the only form permitted.</p>
<p>No other modes or forms of production or presentation of the application form for participation in the selection process may be submitted, on pain of immediate exclusion</p>
<p>Documents required for the completion of the form:</p>
<ul>
<li>an identity card or equivalent</li>
<li>a copy of a medical health certificate enabling the estimation of the extra time and/or assistance that may be necessary</li>
