<p>Invitation form for seminars and/or study meetings funded with faculty funds or co-funded with other funds</p>
<p>This form must be used for proposals to invite external lecturers or speakers for the carrying out of seminars and/or study meetings at the Scuola Normale, pursuant to <a href="https://www.sns.it/sites/default/files/2022-10/reg_incarichi_sogg_esterni_sett_2022_web.pdf" target="_blank">Art. 16, REGULATIONS FOR THE CONFERMENT OF WORK ASSIGNMENTS TO SUBJECTS EXTERNAL TO THE SCUOLA NORMALE.</a></p>
<p>The form may be completed exclusively by professors, including those on contract, or researchers, including those on fixed-term contract, of the Scuola Normale or by external subjects (ex art. 5, paragraph 2 of the <a href="https://www.sns.it/sites/default/files/2022-10/reg_incarichi_sogg_esterni_sett_2022_web.pdf">Regulations</a>).</p>
<p>PLEASE NOTE: applications must be submitted at least 15 DAYS prior to the expected date of arrival of the guest and/or of the carrying out of the seminar.</p>
<p>You are advised to check the availability of the space by consulting <a href="https://planning.sns.it/login.php?_lang=en">planning</a> prior to proceeding with the application. When the space is available, request its reservation and wait for the automatic confirmation by the relevant office.</p>
