<p><span style="font-size:11pt">The Scuola Normale Superiore is organising for the academic year 2025/2026 - within the MERITA Project, the network for talent, with funding of the Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR) (NRRP, the National Recovery and Resilience Plan), Mission 4 &ndash; Education and Research, Component 1, Investment 3.4 &quot;Advanced university training and skills&quot; &ndash; &quot;Reinforcement of the Scuole universitarie superiori (the university institutes of higher education)&quot;, Public notice pursuant to Director&#39;s Decree No. 594/2024 - an advanced training course denominated: &ldquo;From Soil to Showcase. Current Approaches to Ancient Material Culture and Museum Studies&rdquo;.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt">The course will be held in person from June 8 to June 17 at the Parco Archeologico e Paesaggistico della Valle dei Templi, Regional Archaeological Museum &lsquo;P. Griffo&rsquo;, Agrigento, with additional seminars and guided tours to the archaeological museums of Syracuse, Lentini and Naxos, for a total of 54 hours.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt">The official languages of the course are Italian and English.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt">The course will have a maximum of 6 participants.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt">Admission requirements: enrolment in courses of Undergraduate Degree in Cultural Heritage or Classics; Master&#39;s Degree in Archaeology; new graduates, PhD candidates or young researchers in the aforementioned disciplines.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt">Please submit:</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt">- up-to-date Curriculum Vitae;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt">- valid identity document;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt">- a short biographical note outlining the candidate research or study interests (max 600 words).</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt">Those intending to compete for admission to the school must submit an application via this dedicated platform no later than April 27, 2026</span></p>
