Reimbursement of the DSU fee for PhD 2025/2026

The following public services are available:

The total reimbursement of the DSU fee by the SNS is expected, if actually due and paid; to obtain a refund, the student must follow the procedures established by the DSU regarding exemptions (only for those who have Italian citizens), or submit to the SNS the documentation certifying the economic and financial situation of the student /a (ISEE certificate) which demonstrates the non-existence of the requirements to obtain the exemption. Non-Italian citizen students will be required to pay the DSU tax if enrolled; SNS will subsequently reimburse students upon completion of the appropriate request form.

HOW TO CONNECT Spid: To complete this form, you can log in using SPID (strong authentication), which allows you to complete the entire procedure online. Local credentials: If you do not have SPID, you must register and proceed with local credentials to the Elixforms platform. (SNS credentials cannot be used for this form), in this case it will be necessary to download the PDF document automatically generated at the end of the compilation, sign it, re-upload it (attaching an identity document) To get local credentials: <ol> <li>click on "login & password" on the next screen</li> <li>if you don't have local credentials yet, click "Create an account"</li> <li>To register, use a private email address that is not from SNS.</li> </ol> In both cases the application will be registered directly.
